Interviewing
If you’d rather have someone do it all — everything but the talking! — for you, consider having us
visit you for one or more interviews. We’ll come prepared with some typical questions, ask about the unique experiences
of your life that wouldn’t fall under general questioning, and conduct a series of interviews. We’ll then transcribe
the tapes and notes into a cohesive story. Once you approve the draft and make changes, we’ll prepare the final
manuscript. From that point on, several options will be available to you for creating a finished product.
Writing
If you’ve come up with a binder full of handwritten notes, or a computer disk of random stories, a
nd just need help getting it all into a readable format, we can help. We’ll do the writing and editing, and create
a clean, colorful, cohesive manuscript.
Editing
Maybe you’ve written it all, it’s in some kind of order that makes sense, but you’re not sure about
spelling, grammar and logical sequence. We can help with that, too. We’ll clean it up and make it the best it can be,
while maintaining your personality and “voice.”
Publishing
You’ve got it the way you want it; now what do you do with it? There are several options you need
to consider before you proceed: How many copies do you want? How large is it? Are there photographs? Do you want to
try and publish it, or is it for family only? What is your budget? We can help you determine the answers to these
questions and decide what to do next.
